Spring will be here before we know it. It’s no surprise that I am not a fan of cold weather, so I am ready for the warmer temperatures. Most importantly, I am ready for the cute spring fashion that goes with spring weather. However, AQUA at Bloomingdale’s delivers exceptional style every season. AQUA is Bloomingdale’s hip and affordable private label. It’s one of the many reasons I love shopping at Bloomies. Do you remember the AQUA camouflage sweater I wore last fall? Needless to say, I’m stoked to share what AQUA and Bloomingdale’s have for you this spring.
You’ve gotta know by now that I love the animal print trend. I simply can’t get enough and it’s probably the trend I’ve written about most. I am up to my ears in leopard print and I’m not complaining.
AQUA has the cutest faux leather leopard print mini skirt with an exposed gold zipper. I jumped at the opportunity to buy this beauty the minute I saw it. I love a good miniskirt and the leopard is the icing on the cake. It’s the perfect piece to dress up or down. I can’t wait to wear it when it’s a little warmer with sneakers and a plain white tee.
For today’s post, though, I actually styled the leopard skirt with transitioning seasons in mind. It’s still fairly cold, so I chose to style it with over the knee boots. Spring is right around the corner and lavender is a trend on my radar. That’s why I styled it with a lavender suede motorcycle jacket from Blank Denim and a graphic tee from Zadig and Voltaire. I can interchangeably wear all of my pieces throughout spring so this skirt was a great deal – especially with the price at $58. This skirt also comes in a black faux crocodile print and I have my eye on it as well.
AQUA has so many animal print options for you to choose from. The snakeskin print joggers are a personal fave. And the cheetah satin midi skirt has my name on it. I will be snagging it on my next visit to Bloomies.
This trend makes me think of summer camp. I’m totally reliving my childhood and I love it. Tie-dye will be huge this spring. Designers totally got behind this trend and AQUA provides some great pieces. The tie-dye hoodie would be so cute over biker shorts during the spring and summer.
You will see tons of cold shoulder tops and dresses. If you didn’t get a chance to test this trend out a few years ago, don’t worry, you have time now. Initially, I wasn’t a fan and not I’m obsessed, but I found a blush one at Bloomingdale’s for a steal.
In addition to AQUA, Bloomingdale’s has a ton of amazing brands and they support the upcoming spring trends. The light purple color was seen all over the runway for spring. That’s exactly why I didn’t hesitate to buy this suede number in lavender from Bloomingdale’s.
Spring Has Sprung
Bloomingdale’s and AQUA are definitely bringing the heat for spring. I’m so excited to see all of my favorite trends in-store. AQUA has done a great job providing fashionable looks without breaking the bank. The balance of high and low brands is one of the many reasons I love shopping at Bloomingdale’s. They truly have something for everyone. I hope you love my selections and the trends I’ve shared. Spring fashion for 2019 is so good – take my word for it.
